Landowners’ Stewards use a eco friendly, non-toxic products combined with our state-of-the art, high-powered hot water extraction carpet cleaning system, leaving your floor carpets and upholsteries super clean.

First, we pre-treat the carpets, area rugs, high traffic areas and “hot spots” with our cleaning products.

Then, we run our state-of-the art, high-powered hot water extraction cleaning system over the entire area. The hot water is injected into the carpet to further loosen up dirt and remove any cleaning solution.

Finally, the commercial grade vacuum system sucks out all the debris leaving your carpets super clean, odor free and residue free.

​Typically, it takes between five and eight hours it completely gets dry. It also depends on several factors such as the type and density of your carpet, room temperature, humidity and aeration. To speed up the drying time, we recommend keeping windows open for a few hours after the carpet cleaning is completed.

Wet Carpet Cleaning, which is also known as Hot Water Extraction, basically uses the cleaning system to inject hot water into the carpet at a very high pressure and uses a suction power of its vacuum to sucks up the water together with any dirt, pre-treated cleaning products or other debristhat leaves the carpet with no residue whatsoever.

Dry Carpet Cleaning uses either powders, crystals, solvents, or shampoos to pre-treat and clean the carpet. This method may leave harmful residues behind as a result of not properly rinsing the carpet but merely just performing surface cleaning rather than hot water extraction.

Depending on the intensity of human traffic, we recommend a minimum of once every six months.
